These terms and conditions apply to your purchase and use of the website www.bbtmarket.com. These terms constitute the contract between you and BBT, BBT Market, Inc. No. 556888-6617. By purchasing and using the website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We ask that you read these terms and conditions carefully before using our site.
Confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will send you an electronic confirmation/invoice to your email address as confirmation of your purchase. Therefore, it is important that you provide the correct email address when placing an order. We recommend that you keep the confirmation to facilitate any future contact with our customer service. The confirmation also serves as your receipt for your completed purchase.
Shipping & delivery
BBT Market will process and ship your order as quickly as possible. BBT cannot be held responsible for delivery times longer than those stated for the selected shipping method. Specified delivery times cannot be shortened by contacting our customer service. We will do our best to keep them as short as possible. Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt in our system.
Can BBT Market ship my orders together?
We process and ship a large volume of orders. All orders are processed separately by order number and therefore cannot be shipped together. We at BBT ask for your understanding, as we are unable to review all orders and ship them together.

Shipping & your responsibility
If you have any questions about the shipping status of your order, please feel free to contact us at info @bbtmarket.com and answer a few necessary questions so we can help you further. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that your address and user data are correct. BBT Market BBT is not responsible if your information is found to be incorrect and the shipment is returned to BBT. If this happens, we will contact you to refund any additional shipping costs.

Our products are manufactured to meet BBT's high quality standards. The warranty period for all products is one year from the date of purchase. After this warranty period, all repairs will incur a service charge. If a product is returned within the valid warranty period, BBT Market will repair or replace it at no extra cost within a reasonable time after the return. If your product has a defect that is covered by the warranty, you can email our customer service at info@bbtmarket.com to initiate the warranty process. To receive faster assistance, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Images of the product and its damage, at different distances, to facilitate the return process at the assessment stage.
BBT Market assures its customers that its products meet appropriate standards for usability, reliability, and durability. The BBT warranty does not apply to:
- Defects or damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters. (Contact with water should be avoided)
- Defects or damage caused by improper use, negligence (bumps, dents, crushing, wear, scratches, etc.) or accidents.
- Defects or damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification by a third party without BBT's consent.
- Aesthetic changes, defects or damage due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches, discoloration of the material, scratches on the surface, etc.)

Uncollected shipments
If you do not collect your shipment from the service point within the specified time, we will charge you for the additional costs of returning the shipment to us, the associated administrative fees, and new shipping costs. The fee for uncollected shipments is €35 plus the cost of reshipping. BBT will send you an invoice with the original order amount along with this amount on the same day an uncollected shipment is registered. Please note that the cancellation period will then have expired, and you are legally obligated to make payment. Once we have registered your payment, we will reship your order within 1-6 business days.
Exchange and return
BBT offers a 30-day return policy. Please note: Engraved products cannot be returned. A full refund is valid provided the product is unused and in new condition. You have the right to exchange it for another product of the same or lower price, or to receive a full refund. If the product has been used, BBT reserves the right to deduct the value of the product or refuse to return it. Products with sealed packaging (hygienic products) must not have a broken seal. If the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal and return is not applicable. (Examples of sealed products are certain earrings.) The right of withdrawal does not apply to products purchased on sale. In the event of a return, it is your responsibility to notify Klarna to avoid payment reminders. BBT is not responsible for any payment reminder fees.
Hygiene products and sealed bags
Products with sealed bags cannot be returned with broken seals. Broken seals are not eligible for refunds or replacements. (Earrings are an example of a sealed product.) If your return is refused, the product will be returned to you, and you will be charged for the shipping costs.

Responsible handling of the return policy
If there is reasonable suspicion that a customer is abusing the right of return in an unsustainable manner, BBT Market reserves the right to cancel current orders and/or suspend the customer from future purchases. Please note that this policy only applies to cases where the behavior is systematic and therefore cannot be applied to random or isolated cases. Examples of these cases would be the resale of ordered products, unsustainable and excessive purchasing behavior, or fraud.

Reservation
BBT reserves the right to cancel an order without giving any reason. BBT reserves the right to make any image or typographical errors on the site, such as errors in descriptions, technical specifications, prices, and price corrections. In the event of an incorrectly stated price for an item you have ordered, we will endeavor to notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before proceeding with your order.
Force majeure
BBT Market is exempt from liability if the fulfillment of the contract is prevented, hindered, or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. Such exempting circumstances include: government intervention, new/amended legislation, lack of permits, war, fire, flood, labor market disruption, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, adverse transport or weather conditions, or failure to deliver by a supplier, as well as if the company is exposed to criminal activities that affect its business.
