Hello! We're thrilled that you're using the products we sell on bbtmarket.com.

2. Publication of images etc.

  1. By uploading or publishing a post with the hashtag #YesBBT You grant us a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and perpetual license to use your Contribution. Please note that you have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your Contribution. You can withdraw your consent by writing to one of the addresses provided below in these Terms.
  2. You grant us the right to modify, reproduce, copy, transmit, and make available the Submission in any way we deem appropriate. This right includes, among other things, the right to publish the Submission on various social media platforms, such as bbtmarket.com (" Website "), in newsletters, for promotional purposes via email, or otherwise to market BBT, the Website, or the product in the Submission.
  3. The license is non-exclusive, meaning you can use the contribution yourself as you wish, or let others use it. The license is royalty-free, meaning we owe you nothing in connection with our use of your contribution.
  4. If the contribution consists of an image or video in which you are included in the image or video so that you can be recognized, then you also give us the right to use your name and image in all types of promotional contexts such as publication on social media or the website.

3. You guarantee

  1. You warrant that you own all rights, including intellectual property rights, associated with the Submission necessary to grant us the rights to publish the Submission as described above.

4. Collaboration

  2. If you already have a separate cooperation agreement with us, our right to publish your images is based on our cooperation agreement.

5. Limitation of liability

  1. We are not responsible for any content you post on social media. You are responsible for ensuring that you own all rights associated with the content and that it is not inappropriate, offensive, infringing the rights of third parties, or unlawful.
  2. We are not responsible for informing others about which of your posts constitute advertising or who is advertising.
