- This cable is used to connect the laptop with DisplayPort output, the monitor with HDMI input, it might not work in the opposite direction.

Important NOTE:
1) Unidirectional, not bidirectional
- Only works for the DisplayPort of a laptop or computer to a monitor with HDMI input. It is not suitable for monitors with DisplayPort input; it is a unidirectional cable.
- If your video source is HDMI and your monitor has a DisplayPort input, we recommend choosing our HDMI to DisplayPort adapter with external power. Please note: We only offer the HDMI to DisplayPort adapter; a DisplayPort male-to-male cable is required.
2)Passive cable, not active
- Few docking stations don't support DP++ mode. If you use a docking station, we recommend choosing our active DP to HDMI adapter solution + an additional HDMI male-to-male cable. Please refer to the table below for the active DP to HDMI adapter.
3）Not compatible with USB
- DisplayPort is different from USB. This cable is not compatible with the USB port.
