• First enter the operator SIM and go to

1. Settings→Network & Internet→Mobile Network→Access Point Namesh
2. Here you can add APN (the '+' symbol) or change the APN (Edit any access point to change) → Click the top right corner to saveW
3. Select the new mobile network

To find APN parameters you need manual input, you can ask the shop/website of these operators, or you can find another phone with a correctly working sim card, then using the same way same approach, you can find and read the APN characters of this operator, and then copy the same character into your Hotwav W10 smartphone.
