What is the principle of hydroxyl water electrolysis?
Hydroxyl water electrolysis is a purification technology that utilizes the principles of the non-selective oxidation reaction of hydroxyl radicals on organic compounds. During electrolysis, the device uses tap water and air as the sole raw materials, without the addition of chemicals. This process breaks down water molecules into hydroxyl radicals, the most reactive oxygen species and one of the most powerful oxidants in the world. With extremely high oxidation reactivity, hydroxyl radicals can effectively degrade bacteria and remove pesticide and hormone residues, odors, allergens, pharmaceutical compounds, and other contaminants on the surface of food products such as vegetables, fruits, raw meat, and more.

Instructions for use
- After placing the water hydroxyl generator in the water, connect the power cord to the device and plug it in. The device will emit a long beep and all its lights will flash once. Press the power button once and the device will emit a short beep. The light will remain on, indicating that the device is in standby mode.
- Timer function: Press the timer function button once, and the timer indicator will light up white, indicating the device is in timer mode. By default, the digital display shows a working time of 5 minutes. Tap the timer button again to increase the working time by 5 minutes with each tap (the maximum working time is 30 minutes). The indicator light will flash three times, the device will start working, and the cleaning process will begin. After the timer counts down to 0 minutes, the device will emit three long beeps and shut down to indicate the cleaning process is over.
- Mode function: Press the mode function button to select the desired working mode.

Grain: Press the mode button once. The indicator light will flash three times and the device will begin operating. After 10 minutes, the device will emit three long beeps to indicate that the cleaning process is complete.

Meat: Press the mode button twice. The indicator light will flash three times and the device will begin working. After 12 minutes, the device will emit three long beeps to indicate that the cleaning process is complete.
